Yes, there is such a place. We are an new VFD (Hubbard Creek VFD) and wanted to say HI. Right now we have one brush truck almost ready to go back in service. It is a 1981 Dodge power wagon with it's share of problems. Almost free from another Texas VFD.
We are building a couple more ourselves. We have the support of our local government and business. One construction company has committed to donate an old military tank truck. Whatever it takes to get started.
Can anyone tell me how to get any gov surplus fire apparatus?
Thanks,
Doug
