    Talking used turnout gear

I'm looking for a reputable website to get a set of used turnout gear. i'm getting ready to start igniting(voulentarily) for our tranning division, and because of my station's budget I dont want to ask for an old set of gear just to burn up.

Also any tips to get straw and wooden pallets really hot, really fast would be ok

I have a couple of sets. Email me with your size and I'll tell you about the sets I have.

Amazing comment considering I don't sell gear. Check out my website and you'll see we just service gear. http://www.freds2therescue.com

A place like Freds is a good choice since he may have the quantities you need and because he is a repair shop, he would know how to inspect and make repairs so you know the gear your getting will be ok.

The other option is pay attention to to Ebay. Last month, a department somewhere out west was selling brand new, never worn Globe coats and pants in about 10 different sizes and in huge quantities. Around 5-6 sets in each size. They were only a few years old. The coats were going for like $160.00 each and the pants were about $140.00. Needless to say, they were snatched right up, but something like that could be perfect. At any given time, there is usually a few sets in great condition for a good price. But it would be tough to try and match up sets that way.
