How successful?

How successful has anyone been in search and rescue equipment. A dept. I know want to outfit their polaris with skid unit and GPS and such. I really havent had much luck with this.
BTW...anyone who asked me for a narrative for hose and didnt receive please email me back. I had a meltdown.

Last year FEMA stopped funding ATV's so you might not have much luck with a skid unit for an ATV? People have been funded for the other items your looking at. In 2008 I wrote for confined space and ice rescue equipment and got dg in the last round if you want to look at it send me an e mail. ampaul@centurytel.net
