multiple applications & different checking accounts

Here is my question. Will the AFG e-application allow you to submit different checking account information without affecting applications already submitted?
We have submitted a vehicle acquistion and are planning to submit a regional application. We were hoping to use a different checking account in case we are awarded for ease of accountability. If not my secretary/treasurer is going be an unhappy person to be around. Especially me.

Doesn't bother them at all, probably will just trigger an 1199A request since the one on file won't match the previous ones. Pretty frequent happening since sometimes the taxing district or municipality agrees to foot the bill outside of the normal budget for the department so their accounting requires more controls.
