EMT and Paramedic
For those of you that have taken the national registry for either EMT and Paramedic. What prep books did you find most useful for those exams.

I used Kaplan on my EMT-B and passed with flying colors. I felt that and www.emtb.com helped me and got me ready in the best ways to pass the NR test. On the other hand, they did not prepare me a bit for in the field. Only ride outs and talking first hand with field medics is going to help you for the job.

REA's Interactive flashcards
Liked them, was also good to study with in groups, as you could just start reading aloud from the book.-------------------

I used nothing for my EMT. If you read the book in class like you needed to, it will come easy.FF/Paramedic
