Picking up Hose after an Izone operation

What are the pros & cons of recovery your hose after an Izone operation - either in training or real situation (provided you are having to "get the heck out" now)

we use both criss cross diamond method around the arms and the drape over the shoulder method.

Which one do you prefer or are there others?

my suggestion is get off the net get out in the real world, and see what works best for YOU.

Wrapping hose in the arms- Some people call it "the Watermellon", Butterfly or swimming. I have no idea where the Watermellon came from.

If I can describe it, its like a figure 8 within your arms loading in a swimming fashion.
