    Default Training

Ok I'm confused. I'm putting in for 30 ff's to get FFI training through our state academy. What do i put at the bottom when it asks me (#13) Select Object Class. This is instructor led training-we're paying the state for this:so do i put contractual??? I'm confused.

I also wanted to put in for reimbursement for lost wages-do i include with the expense of the class?

    Contractual for the class.

    Fringe Benefits for the reimbursement.

Thanks Sly!! I want to include the reimbursement for my guys because so many have families and can't afford time away from work, especially in today's economy. This will help offset some of their losses from attending the training. Do you think I will receive a worse score for including the fringe benefits??

    Straight from the Program Guidance:

Although compensation and overtime/backfill expenses are eligible, proposals that contain these costs may be scored less favorably than similar proposals without compensation expenses, due to the cost-benefit element in the evaluation process. Applicants are encouraged to take this into account when formulating their application budget, as it may be better to have a more competitive application than to cover every last expense.
