Tried a search, but sprinklers brings up a whole range of topics.
Does anybody know how high spinklers and exhaust fans are on the priority list?

Sprinklers are the among highest priority for modification of facilities awards in 2009.
"Exhaust fans" -- please clarify? For exhaust removal in your station or negative/positive pressure for operations?

Lowest priority.
Exhaust extraction (100% source capture) are the focus.

Exhaust extraction is a high priority. Stay clear of brand names.

Charlie,
As SLY4420 mentioned, exhaust extraction is a priority but it needs to be direct-source capture not just a fan in the corner that pulls air.
Under modifications to facilities, the criteria development
panel recommended that we differentiate between systems that evacuate the vehicle
exhaust directly from the vehicle to the exterior of the structure (without the exhaust
entering habitable areas) from systems that do allow exhaust to enter habitable areas. They also recommended that we place a higher priority on the extraction systems.
