Well let us hope they get all the vehicle announcements out before Dec 1 so no-one has to order a 2010 emissions vehicle.

Keep in mind that the federal system will shut down from mid-September to late October to close the budget year out. Last year, just as the awards started flowing, they shut down. With a late application cycle this year and peer review not until mid-July, it may be a challenge to see any awards before the budget year closes down. That would mean late October or early November before the first awards are announced.

We are refurbing one of our engines, and possibly putting a new chassis under the old bed, and are oushing to beat the new emissions standards. We got a new mini in 2008, and I am still not sold on the emissions requirements for it. A pain.

After a few weeks of award announcements the computer DJ's come out. If you do not recieve one, you made it to peer review.
