I graduated from the same High School he was attending. I have lots of friends on the Pembroke Fire Dept.

Deep Branch Road is quite curvy, it's sad to see such a young life end.

Our deepest thoughts and prayers are raised for the family of Matthew Tramel, and trust that God's peace and comfort will carry you through this difficult time. We also raise prayers for the Lumberton FD, for we know too well the depth of hurt this type incident causes. Give thanks for the opportunity to work with Matthew, and for his contributions, even though his time seemed so short. God's speed to all who must say goodbye to their son, and friend.

Rest in peace brother, may all of us remember that while your time in our family was short, you will never be forgotten.

Tramel was with the Pembroke Fire Dept, not Lumberton.

    Default Thin Red Line

Tone rings out, distinct voices call numbers letting me know they are in route. Car 32 is no longer heard with a short yell, Matt had to take the call from Heavens Bell.
The Family and Department sends thanks to everyone who showed their support during our time of loss.
