I know that I, and a large number of others, bought $100 or more worth of tickets from the National Fallen Firefighters Association for Harley that they recently raffled. In fact, it was a Firehouse.com "regular" (over 6300 posts) who won the bike!

If it's dressed out prroperly, and it seems to be a "worthy" cause, you should have no problem selling tickets. So where's the pictures???

Our tv stations, newspaper and radio stations offer alot of free ads and airtime for fundraisers. Also make flyers to post around town. get with managers at large stores to set up outside of their facility with flyers, banners and apparatus to promote and sale.

    Default Advertising Fundraiser

Here on Firehouse, go to the Home Page and look down under news where it says, "Industry Wire." Click there and at the top you can submit a press release. Just had mine posted on the 9/11 Patch Project and received hundreds of hits to my website.

Also, Facebook and FirefighterNation are good spots.
