Hello,
Im a Lieutenant in a small (30 members) volunteer department in NY. We do both fire and EMS. We recently became an incorporated company. Our department bylaws havent been updated in quite some time. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share their departments bylaws so we could get some ideas to update ours.
