Hey this is based upon the fact that an airport has scheduled air carrier service. It is kinda of confusing to be honest because that part deals with the number of seats and the fact that it is scheduled or unscheduled air carrier service. The number of trucks and their capabilities is based on the size of the aircraft that regularly use the airport (physical size). I will try to dig up the info when I get a chance, but if you would like to look yourself, it is all listed in the FARs. FAR 139 is a good place to start, because it has all the info on the certification of air carrier airports and that info is burried in it somewhere. If you have any other questions, shoot me a message.

Well I got a little bug up my ***** and decided to look up the link to FAR 139. This is the link to FAR part 139. http://ecfr.gpoaccess.gov/cgi/t/text...1.1.11&idno=14
Go to sections 139.315, 139.317, and 139.319 and it should have the info you are looking for.
