I'm taking the class mid July. Any last minute advice from those who have had it recently? Where should I spend most of my time reviewing? Did anyone order the extra materials from ACE to accompany their textbook or did you just use the two books included?

If you have the book, read ahead before the class. Identify yourself with key words, important points you think need highlighted. Remember that this class is a stepping stone to a much more bigger picture of Health & Wellness within your department or wherever you or someone else may be implementing it.
If you do not have a fitness background, familiarize yourself with VO2max, basic exercises and fitness in general. Try to understand what it is that your department will comprehend and be open to do. Buy in is huge in order to implement a Health and Wellness program. And remember..."non-punitive".
Hope you enjoy the class.

I ended up making almost three hundred flash cards and outlining/underlining the books as well as picking up some ACE study materials.
I felt great with the test but I guess I'll know in a few weeks.
