Background Question

Have a question about my background. I would appreciate everybody's honest answers to find out if I can make this a realistic career. Here are my issues. I am 33 now, and much of this was long ago Thanks in advance for everybody's help

Smoked marijuana about 50 times over a 2 year period between ages of 18-20. Eventually got an MIP, which has been expunged (no arrest, just a class) I have not done drugs in 13 years. I have a letter from the County saying that no charge could be found under my name. Should I mention it?

Was disqualified from a university when I was 22 for bad grades, worked my way back in and earned a degree with a 3.0 GPA.

Had bad credit in my early 20's, (no bankrupcies) and now my credit is over 750.

Had 2 accidents on my record and a few moving violations between ages of 18-23. I have maintained a perfect driving record since then.

Probably bounced about 5 checks over the course of my life.

I would like to know if these things will be an issue during a background, as many of them happened more than ten years ago. I am a very different person now, and have learned many lessons. Any feedback would be much appreciated
