    Default CPAT and big feet

I was wondering if anyone else out there has had a problem doing the stair climb with big feet. I have size 17 foot and have been disqualified twice because poor footing on the stairs. If anyone could help me with this issue on how to pass it, it would be greatly appreciated.

I have a size 13 and I feel the steps are too small and I often have to jam in my toes and I never get my heels on for support. I'm sure it must be much more difficult for you.

My only guess is that you have to practice the entire thing strictly on the balls of your feet.

I find myself kicking the stairmaster with a 9.5 all the time. Its quite annoying so I'm not surprised you're having a problem.
Even the burger-flippers at McDonald's probably have some McWackers.

Question for you guys having trouble with large feet: can you even climb standard stairs without holding the rail? Definitely practice if you can't, shouldn't be too hard if you are coordinated.

I had a tough time on the StairMaster and I wear a 15. I practiced with an old steel bottle air pack and carrying a couple of weights.

I have no problem with normal stairs. I do use my calves a lot while climbing stairs.

I wear a 16 and dont even bother at the gym with the stairmaster. Steps are to small. I remember going through probie school with two other guys with a 14 and 15. When it came to ladder class the instructor looked at the three of us and said none of you lock them big *** feet into my ladder. Good luck.
