From what I have been told, there is a skeleton crew at Ephrata. Most of the weldment jigs and associated hardware to fabricate the aerial devices has been shipped to ALF's new factory location. I was also told that most of the employees from Ephrata did not re-locate and that the jigs and weldments were just sitting in the new factory.
So, I don't think the "out of business" is 100% true.

I really wish someone would buy-out LTI from ALF... what a waste of a fantastic product line. What one would do for a Toyne/LTI partnership.

Everything I state on here is to support and aid my fellow firefighters. Everything I post is my opinion only, and in no way should be taken as an official opinion of any Company, Department, or Municipality I represent... oh and this includes Pierce Mfg, as so their legal department has advised me; since they apparently also invented the right to control "Free Speech".
