    Where's the NFPA lighting package and rear chevrons?

    You don't need a Federal Q. Just download a Federal Q ring tone on your cell phone and hold it up as your pedaling.

    theres no way i'm using that bike as a pumper....







    ..it doesn't have an NFPA hosebed cover.
