Helmet fabric placement question

I cleaned the fabric parts in my helmet this weekend (I'm at fire academy) and I'm not sure I understand how the black front part goes back in, I know how to place the small black bit around the rear knob and the yellow/black part that goes around the back and sides. The part I'm not sure about is all black with 2 ear flaps.

Can someone explain how it goes back in?

BTW the helmet is a Cairns 660C.

Get with one of your classmates with the same helmet and look at how it is set up. If I am not mistaken they are velcroed in wrapping the plastic headband/ratchet system.
