Bad enough that it was taking forever to log in, but is any one else now getting this message when you try?

Yup, tried several times this evening to log on. Same message. I got an email from the program office this morning telling me to log on and update/correct my closeout, but I can't do it...

It's been slow for about the last three days or so. I was doing closeout work today and it was horrible. Half the time the site would go down and the remaining time it was very slow.

I logged in this AM around 6. It was very slow and took several minutes to navigate through the site.
Seems like the servers must be very busy processing a lot of good & bad news on 09 apps.
