    Default Baker Aerialscope

Are there still any pieces/parts dealers out there for old Aerialscopes? Looking for a rear footplate for a '73. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Default footplate

Rear footplate is that on the jacks ? Ours was the type that used a ball on the jack end that fit into a socket on the ground plate. The socket wore out & the plate fell off. We found ours in the road & repaired it. Seagrave owns Aerialscope & is referbing old scopes, maybe they have one.

Baker is still in operation here in PA. They still do the Aerial certifications just do not sell the booms any more.

I do believe they are located in or outside Pottsville or Reading.

They are closing the facility in Pottstown shortly.

Well that blows! I just sent them an email to confirm. They only have 3 locations, and having that in the state was nice for service aspects.

Thanks guys. Yeah I tried seagrave and they were less than helpful. It is the type that fell off of the ball and the difference is that we weren't able to find ours. I'll see if Baker has anything laying around before they close up.

One of our members works there, that's where I got it from. There's only one guy left who knows anything and he's retiring soon.

Give Interstate Truck Equipment (ITE) in Hagerstown, Maryland a call. They might have something laying around in their yard.
