For those that haven't logged in recently with current awards:

Due to required system programming, the closeout module for all grants will be offline effective September 30, 2009. The module will be offline for an undetermined amount of time; however it is expected that the module will be available by the end of October 2009. We will notify grantees when the module is restored.

I wonder what will ahppen to the closeout I completed about 2 weeks ago? It's now gone from our 2008 FO Action Column

If you sent it in it's there, but they're just not accepting new ones to make sure they can test without blowing things up. Normal MO for web apps.

How do you closeout a grant? Do they notify you to do something, or are we supposed to do something?

If they make a complete switch after this upgrade then it will be the new system/form, and I don't see why it won't be setup to have an automatic email generated for anyone that has an open grant to let you know you have to file.
