Hey Miller what happen, Did your rig break down or did you get a new dog?

Cheffie, have you tried the recipe with chocolate dough and mocha chips? If so, do you use chocolate powder or baker's chocolate for your dough?

Thought I would give you your Monday morning treat seeing as how all of you have been such good boys and girls.

Chocolate expresso cookies-

dough is similar to chocolate chip cookie dough (a vanilla dough) but you add 3 tablespoons expresso powder to dough, 2 cups of cappuccino chips and 1 cup white chocolate chips. I may also may some with semi-sweet chocolate chips.

this recipe was not a chocolate dough recipe. The dough was brown sugar, butter, vanilla, expresso powder ( 3 tablespoons), along with the chips (and of course flour). I have an excellent recipe for a chocolate base dough that uses cocoa powder as the chocolate for the dough but then you also add chocolate chunks to the dough. I am going to make that one and throw in the rest of my cappucchino chips. If you want the recipes let me know and I will email them to you. I have not tried the chocolate base dough yet but I am sure That is my next baking adventure this week.

The chocolate expresso cookies are winners. Everyone who has one has loved them. They will give you one big caffeine wallop!!!

{I actually read that in an Officers Performance Assessment once. It was written as a joke assessement, but the Col let me read it before he presented said officer. Allowed me to watch the officer's reaction too, before the Col kicked the door shut and he presented the real assessment. Pretty funny to watch his face go all funny colours. Capt (as he was then) Mac and I got a long pretty well, but he was a tough task-master to work for.}

How can a "miller" lead? Especially when by definition a "miller" is someone who operates a large circular griding wheel, to pulverize grain and such.

"Hills" are geologic physical features which while they often do not attain great height, such as "Mountains", they do usually roll forever into the horizon, especially in prairie landscapes.

Not alot of farming here so this MILLER'S father took up crushing rock. Yup, we used explosives by the truck load, then crushed hills and mountains into very nice roads for others to drive on.
