Hahahaa. Funny you should mention "tours". I just got back from a site visit with Range Control to see the Fire Academy training area, here on base. WOW! Is all I can say.

lunch-from today's NY Times
Roasted Halibut with lemon, rosemary, and olives
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Place fish in a baking dish, brush fillets with extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and chili pepper. Top each fillet with a rosemary branch and several slices of lemon. Drizzle a little oil over lemon slices and sprinkle with additional salt. Scatter olives over fish and pan.
2. Bake until just opaque, about 10 minutes. If lemon slices have not browned or singed (this will depend on how thinly you slice them), place pan under broiler for 1 to 2 minutes. Serve drizzled with more olive oil; sprinkle with more salt and chili, if desired.

I have stuffed sole (From Omaha Steak Co) in the oven right now.....
Daughter is having french fries and chickie nuggets! lol

Just TRY to eat brie while she is around - she can be a MOOCH! And that started at about 3 years old!.....
Pickled herring doesn't sit well with her- tried it and didn't like it lol.....hasn't met many food she doesn't like - although peanut butter is one! Go figure....

Thanks - dinner was pretty good...daughter 'shared' the rest of her french fries with me.....as far as sharing a plate, yep - know all about that! lol.....that's how she learned to like things like brie.....
Oh - she hasn't met a steak she doesn't like.....nice and RARE too, just like Mommy!.......:-)
I say she is 5 going on 35!.......now to go get some cheese (extra sharp NY cheddar!) and a toothpick so someone can have her dessert on the sofa before she falls asleep.....cheese over candy/ice cream.....I love my kid!
