    Default Staying Fit

Hey everyone im a vol firefighter in ct and im at college right now. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on a really good way to stay in shape even when i do not have the time to go to the gym? Keep in mind that the room i live in is not very big. I do the basics push-ups and sit ups..and what not..But just throwing it out there to see if you guys have any better ideas. Thanks!

you don't have free access to a college gym? That seems to be pretty standard for students. Although gym time is usually squeezed in between PE classes and sessions for sports team, I'd be very surprised if there wasn't any open gym time.

See if there are any intramural sports you can play.

don't take the elevator, always use the stairs.

    and get a girlfriend.
