My department is in the process of getting spec's on a Pierce F550 rescue. We are also wanted to put water on the truck. Does anyone have any spec's they could send that might give us some ideas on setups any layouts? Any pictures of similiar trucks would also be appreciated. Thanks in advanced!

As far as I know Pierce does not build rescues on F-550 chassis for their standard line. However their Contender and Encore lines do but do not put pumps and tanks on them. From what you said you would be best going with a Pierce mini pumper/rescue (you can get them with just a left side pump panel and a compartment in place of the right).
BTW: Did you think of going with a straight rescue with a stored energy CAFS?
Hope to be some help!
