Diamond Saw Blades Questions

I have a few questions for anyone willing to answer, but first a disclaimer:
I am in Marketing for Abrasive Technology and we're a superabrasive tooling manufacturer. We have been in business nearly 40 years and we're a small-midsized company based out of Ohio. If you would like to check the website for validation www.abrasive-tech.com.

We have begun to consider making a diamond saw blade for emergency extrication purposes.

However, we have a couple questions...

1) Where do you guys/gals purchase a saw blade or equipment? Do you contact a distributor of emergency service goods? Sounds like a lot of members here purchase directly from the manufacturer.

2) Has the diamond blades you have used or tested in the past been useful?

3) What improvements or recommendations are necessary to make them valuable?

We've just begun testing them on our recip saws. Mt thought is to have a diamond blade with the caracteristics of a good Demolition blade such as the Milwalkee Torch blades.As we are just starting the evaluation process I'm afraid I don't have much more input at this time. T.C.
