We are considering a project to upgrade and modernize our +25 year old drill tower and training facility. I would be interested in hearing from this group on recent experiences on conducting such a project including 1) engineers / project managers used, 2) options and cutting edge design considerations, and 3) plans or pictures or recently completed projects. We are a residental community on the east coast and want to ensure that we consider all options. Any helpful insights would be appreciated.
