Papillion FD was holding the approved SFM written examnination for NFPA 1001 FF1 and discovered that two candidates had gotten the exam answers in advance.

Frankly as fractured as the SFM has been about their FF1, don't blame them a bit. The SFM needs to re-evaluate their policies.

The candidates cheating have to evaluate their own ethics as well when testing, no matter how accessible the test is. We all know the consequences if we get caught.
