Hey folks-
I have recently been placed in charge of revamping and updating my department's pre-plan program and need a little input. My chief wants to categorize our commercial structures into hazard classes, ie High Risk, Moderate Risk, and Low Risk for both a pre-plan standpoint and for long range planning. My question is...Is there a newer/better/easier program out there that can assist in determining hazard class for structures? A program based similar to the old RHAVE but a little more user friendly for the folks on line? I have researched but haven't been able to locate anything. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Why not correlate your hazard classes as per occupancy/hazard classes in the International Building Code?
