ive been a dod firefighter for 3 years and i have all the necessary certs ie; ff1 and 2 emt I, hazmat tech and i was just looking for some updated information on different overseas locations including iraq and afganistan. i am a woman and was wondering if there are any worries especially geared towards me. i read that i wouldnt be aloud (not like id want to) go off base, or drive and that there are only specialized groups that make trips off base for inspections and such. id like to know pay scale and locations on a scale of 1-10 best and worse. hope someone can help, thanks
