I'm not sure if anyone has run into this but figured I'd get the thought process going for all... Let's say, by some far out chance I am awarded both my vehicle and ops grants (or either one for that matter...) Let's also suppose the award is a later round. My 2010 app planned is host for a $495,000.00 regional communications project. If that is successfully awarded, even into a different fiscal year, is there the requirement for the over 500k OMB audit?
I can see this both ways: the projects are from different fiscal years (so, no) and that you received over the amount in one year, despite them being different years on paper (so, yes)
Anybody run into this yet? I just want to have all of my ducks in a row and plan ahead (budget) if I would need an OMB audit... Thanks and keep looking for those 1199A's (mine aren't there yet...)

Yes you will because the performance periods will end up overlapping in the same fiscal year. Better to be safe and stick in the cost to get it done, it's not held as part of the cost-benefit calculations of the main project.
