Now here's a fire to put out. We're talking an HR fire......

It started when Winter Garden Fire Marshal Tom Anderson says Fire Chief John Williamson looked over the bathroom stall and made an inappropriate comment.

’Hey you want me to watch you wipe your ***?’ I'm standing there half disrobed doing my business naturally,’" explained Anderson, reports WFTV News.

Chief Williamson did write a formal letter of apology to Anderson, but made no mention of the comment. The chief, who is 6-foot-5, claims his height drew his vision toward movement in the stall and that's why he looked in.

Anderson told the city's HR rep that if the chief isn't forced to resign he'll pursue other action.

But not in restrooms....

You know that movement in a stall means that someone is doing their business, most likely.

I can't imagine. That's just disgusting.

I heard that the Fire Marshall had been pushing for brownouts and the Chief was just trying to wipe up the mess.... City officials are now looking for the paperwork to determine what happened and the rumors are swirling.... The mayor says that the whole situation "Just stinks..."
