I've recently had surgery to repair what the surgeon described as a "massive tear" of my rotator cuff. I'm just wondering if any of you have been through something similar and might give me a heads up as what to realistically expect as far as rehab and recovery are concerned. Yes, I have talked to my doctor, however I'm trying to perhaps get some "been there, done that" info from people that have experienced it.
