EMT's get 5% per shift if they are on the Rescue, paramedic pay is $7500 extra after passing protocol testing and a 2% raise next Oct per CBA. Also strong possibility of merging with the County in the next year or so.
Rescues are staffed with 2 medics most of the time but sometimes 1 medic/1 EMT and 3 man ALS suppression units. 5 stations: 5 Rescues, 4 ALS engines, 1 ALS quint, 1 platform, 1 EMS supervisor, 1 DC and 2 brush trucks.If your going to cry about doing the job you signed up for do us all a favor and quit, there are plenty of dedicated people standing in line for the best job in the world.

Hmm i may have to put an app in and see what happens. Palm Beach is quite the drive from Clearwater though.
