Default AFG Awards in Alphabetical order?

For those who have gotten 1199's congrats, just wondering if they are sending them in alphabetical order like they usually do when awarding. Those who have gotten 1199's tell us the first letter or the first word of the department.

R is the first letter of the department. Got the 1199 yesterday at about 12:30 (eastern time).

Nothing in the award process is done alphabetically, except the posted awards just for the ease on the eyes.

From what people have said on here before, I think it goes by peer review score. Right?

And that is what I was referring to, just seeing if they were sending the 1199's out alphabetically in regards to high peer reveiw scores. Just anxious and jealous I guess since I hadnt heard anything in the past two days.

What did you apply for? It's still very early, and they are moving very slow. Firehouse.com is not a random sample of applicants either. There are a lot of professional grant writers on here that wrote 100s of applications (with very high success rates). The actual percentage of companies in the general population that got a 1199 so far is still very low.

However, I would probably feel the same way if I was in your shoes. I hope you get a 1199 soon.
