Could someone please explain what the 1199 is and where you would recieve this?

First question to you is are you the person on record for the grant? If you are go to the site where you did the grant request and look to the right of the screen at the action box. Hit the drop down button there and it will give you a list of choices. If you see a choice that says review 1199a, there you are.
The 1199a is a financial form that has to be filled out by your bank and signed off on who ever does handles you money. THis form tells AFG where to send the money when it is time to reimburse you.
