Our department allowed us to participate in team sports on duty. Basketball, volleyball, floor hockey, ultimate frisbee, frisbee golf. After various work comp injuries in the fall of 08 we have not been allowed to participate in these sports. Meanwhile we have a new city and department administration. I was looking for any thoughts on how I might present to the administration the benefits of team sports. We are still allowed to work out in our in-house gym facilities.
