a few questions for all you over see people
I am a 25 year old male who is currently taking Firefighter 1 and 2 , hazmat ops and then getting my emt-b. I am interested in becoming a firefighter over seas. Any advice from you guys would be great. Where should I start, what certs must I have, I have only been volunteering for about a year now, would that stop me from being considered. Thanks for all the help in advance.

Most companies require more years of experience. However, also a minimum (NPQS/ IFSAC/ DoD) of FFII, HM Ops, EMT-B/ FR, and ARFF but it seems overseas work/ contracts are dwindling and positions are becoming harder to secure.
Through the grapevine I heard Kwajalien (sp?) needs people. First step is to apply, never know even with your certs/ experience - you might get lucky!
Good LuckThank you to the brave men and women of our great military, past, present and future for allowing my right to express my opinion and my opinion only, not representation of any company I may work for.
