Guinness Fire, Dublin
Shocking News.... DFB have been fighting a fire in the Guinness Brewery in Dublin today. For those of you who have had the pleasure you'll know the finest pint of Guinness that will ever pass your lips comes from the Brewery in Dublin.
Thankfully it hasn't affected production. Well done to DFB for a job well done in holding the job and my best wishes to the two Brothers who were injured.

I had the pleasure of touring the Guinness factory a couple of summers ago. They have a lounge on the top floor (maybe 6-7 floors up) that has a 360 degree glass window view of Dublin. The day my wife and I were there, it was a cool and drizzly day. Sitting up there, sipping a pint that's about a day old, looking over the beautiful city of Dublin. I'm not sure if there is a heaven, but if there is, I wasn't too far away...

I read that 2 firefighters were hurt fighting the fire..........Dare we ask how? You know those guys are going to get their balls busted when they return to shift.
I used to know a guy in Merrimack, NH where Anheiser-Busch has a brewery. His motto was something about protecting the brewery for everyone."Too many people spend money they haven't earned, to buy things they don't want, to impress people they don't like." Will Rogers
