Default Big Question for alot of guys

Sorry guys! I have taken over the grant writing process from another member of my department with little to no help from him. I have found a 2000reference award # in my first awarded grant under "view 1199A". Does this mean the same as update your 1199A? Does everyone who submitted a grant have that award #? I wouldn't know b/c I didn't evem know to check there until I read to-do so on here. I am excited but still unsure. If it does mean the same as update 1199A, do I just sit back and wait for the 10Q's? Sorry to be a bother and worry bug...I don't know how you guys do this every year! Streeful. Thanks for your help....stay safe!

At the top of your 1199A form (found in the first awarded grant) you will be looking for this:

    Reference Award Number: EMW-2006-FG-xxxxx
Reference Award Number: EMW-2009-FO-xxxxx <--- 2009 Award Number

If you see your 2009 number listed, just sit back and relax.

Well... I think it's more like seeing a present under the tree with your name on it... You are hoping it's that bright red metal Tonka truck you asked for, but sometimes all Santa can afford is a cheap plastic knock-off.

You don't know what's inside for sure until you get the 10Qs and subsequent award letter.
