The department I am with is very short on help. We have an aprox. 15 to 20 man roster and about half show up to trainings, meeting, and calls. How can we get more people interested in showing up, and volunteering?

Volunteer's
If you figure out how to get more Volunteers please share it...We here in Idaho have been trying and trying. We 've tried to come up with different ideas with little success. Thrown money at them..given them incentives to show up. There are several other ideas that are in the works....so please let me know what you come up with.
