About LinkBacksI am curious what kind of fitness test do you require candidates to pass before they can be accepted in your academy?
example: 1.5 mile run in how long
how many pushups in a minute?
How many flights of stairs do you have to be able to run up?

Search "CPAT" at youtube.com. This test seems to be the growing trend around the nation in terms of a pre-employment physical test.

In addition to the CPAT, the Biddle is pretty popular here in California.
