All reports have a narrative section.
Information should paint a picture of the situation found, changes in the situation and what actions we took on scene.
"Arrived on scene of a well-involved passenger vehicle fire. All occupants out of the vehicle. Charged 1 13/4" line and extinguished with 700 gallons of water. Conducted overhaul utilizing class A foam and investigated cause. Cuase was not determined at this time."
Obviously a structure fire or tech rescue would be a little bit longer. brush fire about the same length unless a major incident.
