Default Obama has violated the Constitution and should be impeached.

Obama has violated the Constitution and should be impeached. How do I know this. Simple.

    From Article 1, Section 9
No title of nobility shall be granted by the United States: and no person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall, without the consent of the Congress, accept of any present, emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any king, prince, or foreign state.

    czar

    –noun
    1. an emperor or king.
    2. (often initial capital letter) the former emperor of Russia.
    3. an autocratic ruler or leader.
    4. any person exercising great authority or power in a particular field: a czar of industry.
Plain and simple black and white. It has ignored the constitution by appointing Czars.

I knew someone would do that. It provides a gray area by definition. The most common use of the term Czar I have heard is the Russian Czars. If he isn't violating the constitution then he is being very stupid for even using the term. This is a man that wants to disassociate himself from socialism and he does this. Or Maybe....He doesn't.

The Czars were not Socialist, they were Monarchist. Their replacements, the Bolsheviks tried to be socialist but didn't suceed very well.

Hey idiotboy, the first reference to czar in the Executive Branch was done by Nixon. He appointed a drug czar, and then an energy czar.

The term (in American politics) is used to define a singular individual tasked with coordination of several agencies on a specific topic.

I love how you continue to show your continued level of stupidity.

Now let's set aside for now the constitutional misconduct of the prior administration. As was already pointed out, the use of this "title" in American politics is not new. Secondly, one could probably make a pretty good argument that several other terms in use in the US government for many, many decades now are "titles of nobility" - things like President, Vice-President, Senator, Representative/Congressman, Ambassador.

As they say when you get caught speeding, i don't care that those others were speeding, I'm concerned about you. I really don't care that others violated the constitution. That is past history and a done deal. We can't keep blaming someone else for Obama's screw ups, eventually he has to take responsibility.

As for the definition, it is a logical OR function. So it can mean 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 or any combination of those. The reason this phrase is in the constitution is to prevent the establishment of a King, Prince, Czar, etc that has monarchistic powers. For example, the Pay Czar should not have the power to limit anyone's pay.

Secondly, one could probably make a pretty good argument that several other terms in use in the US government for many, many decades now are "titles of nobility" - things like President, Vice-President, Senator, Representative/Congressman, Ambassador.
Difference is those terms are found in the U.S. Constitution.

I'm not blaming anybody for anything Obama has done and some of it is a matter of opinion as to whether or not it's a screw up. I just find it amusing how many people are already calling for his head, but were pretty silent in the past.

So then I guess our government has allowed those positions to morph into something that the constitution prohibits.

If you believe the biblical story of Adam & Eve, then we're all related if you go back far enough.

This is yet another trolling post.

    Really.

What is it? Were you neglected as a child? Did daddy ignore you?

Why do you crave this attention?

    Bizarre.
I am now a past chief and the views, opinions, and comments are mine and mine alone. I do not speak for any department or in any official capacity. Although, they would be smart to listen to me.

Actually about 73,000 years ago the Toba supervolcano erupted nearly causing mankind to become extinct

Super volcano Toba: 73,000 years ago almost eradicated mankind

It is believed that at that time there were roughly 5,000 to 10,000 people on Earth. I have read some articles that say the number is as low as 2,000 and all were located in Africa.

Yes it is further proof that our leaders of the last 100 years and more so the last 50 years do not care about the constitution, they only care about their own self interest.
