What's up Everyone? I'm getting ready to take the first physical test in becoming a firefighter/emt in Chicago, Illinois. Kind of nervous. I've been trying to do a lot of the stair training. Can anyone one tell me what to look forward to on the test? And maybe some ideas on training?

Taking the physical test friday and I've been doing a lot of stair training as well. Good Luck!

Hello All,
I took the pat test last week and was more nervous then anything else. I am up in age and am glad I started to get in shape. I am in the low 1800's what the numbers for you guys and gals after me? Did any one ever fail the pat test after finishing all 4 parts?

Took my test 3 weeks ago and got my letter stating I passed this past Monday.
