My name is Alex I live near Springfield Illnois, I am looking to be a firefighter and do not know to much about how to go about doing so. I was wondering if anyone knew of any good fire schools in Illinois, and if could recieve some guidance on how to become a firefighter. I am starting a few classes at the local Community College here in town with about five firefighting class, after i am finished with thoes I am wanting to take a fire course to where I will be able to apply for jobs where firefighters are needed. If anyone could help please do anything will help. Thank you very much! Alex
