Anyone else having a problem getting their reimbursements for SAFER? Appears to be a programming issue.
When I go to the payment request I get "You will be eligible to make your next quarterly payment request after null".
Since the computer sees "null" I can't get a box to submit for reimbursement.
I have brought up the issue to the help desk and grants management staff who forwarded it to the IT department, but 2 weeks later and no resolution.

I'm getting ready to do a drawdown next week, and I started the payment request last week. I'm not seeing any issues.
