Officers responded to the report of a vehicle fire in the fenced in compound of Tu Familia Auto. The fire fully engulfed an older model mustang and damaged two other cars parked next to it. Officers followed foot prints in the snow to home were 15 yoa Frank *&^ was located and confessed to setting the Mustang on fire with a lighter because he was cold. Frank was arrested for Arson and was transported to Slate Canyon.
