    Exclamation Old unwated fire memorabilia

I AM LOOKING FOR OLD UNWATED FIRE FIGHTING STUFF. I MAKE CRIBBAGE BOARDS AND DONATE THEM TO DEPARTMENTS TO USE IN RAFFELS AND FUND RAISERS. IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING JUST LAYING AROUND COLLECTING DUST (ie AXE HEADS, FIRE NOZZELS, HELMETS ANYTHING THAT WOULD MAKE AN AWESOME CRIBBAGE BOARD) PLEASE SEND ME A MESSEGE.

    Uh... unwanted?

    No such thing exists.
I am now a past chief and the views, opinions, and comments are mine and mine alone. I do not speak for any department or in any official capacity. Although, they would be smart to listen to me.

"The last thing I want to do is hurt you. But it's still on the list."

"When tempted to fight fire with fire, remember that the Fire Department usually uses water."

Am I being effective in my efforts or am I merely showing up in my fireman costume to watch a house burn down? (Joe Brown, www.justlookingbusy.wordpress.com)

Well maybe i should rephrase it. But if anyone is willing to donate an item to help raise money for other departments. Right now im trying to raise $500 to go to the St. Ann Fire Dept in Wisconsin that lost a fire fighter and a tanker in a dumpster fire.

I have to ask: What on earth were they doing that they lost a firefighter at a dumpster fire?

do yourself a favor and try to keep current on things going on in the fire service. There are numerous sources for this information and no reason to be ignorant of current going ons. The information could prove useful.

Thanks for the info. I googled St. Ann fire department and did not find that. (That is because the OP said 'Ann' not 'Anna').
